Ordering

All design, assembly, and shipping occur within our Melbourne, Florida studio. Triple Seven strives to create in-house materials and work with vendors and source work within our county of Brevard.

We are located in a small, but dense, industrial area with talented sources all around us. 80% of all materials and components are sourced within our Melbourne, Florida area. The other 20% are sourced outside of Florida.  Glass hand blown specifically for Triple Seven on the East Coast.  

Triple Seven does not currently offer a trade or wholesale program.

The easiest way to obtain a quote is to add the items to your cart.  From there, you are able to inout your ship to zip code and generate a shipping cost as well.

Cancellations must be made within 7 days of confirmation of the order. Cancellations of a custom order must be made within 2 days of confirmation of the order. Cancelation fee of 20% will be applied if cancelling after 7 days. No cancellations will be accepted on rush orders.

Triple Seven Home lighting is a custom, made to order company and therefore, we do not accept returns other than defects or damage.

DEFECTS AND DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please notify Triple Seven immediately of any damage or discrepancies with your order within 5 days of its date of delivery. If the reporting of damaged items is not made within the 5 day time period, all claims will be non-eligible for replacements or refunds. 

All materials and shipping materials are to be kept together in order to file a damage claim with our carrier.  They require photo proof of damage for any claim.

You must be issued an RMA number to return a damaged or defective item.  All RMA items must be received by us within 14 calendar days from the date of issuing a Return Authorization Number or you will not receive a refund for your return.  We do not accept returns without an RMA and they will be returned to sender.
RMA returns must be uninstalled and in its original packaging. Triple Seven does not cover the cost of uninstalling lighting or electrical/contractor costs to do so.  

We do not accept RMA returns on  items that have been installed, damaged, wires cut -or- modified, custom items, or any of our pendant cord lights or Porcelain Collection Lighting.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS VIA USPS (United States Postal Service). We highly recommend you insure your parcel and adequately protect it during shipment. The customer is responsible for damaged or lost products during return shipment.

When choosing your pendant or chandelier length, please make sure that you are reading the entire "Product Description" box carefully. This explains how to correctly choose for that particular light.  Most of Triple Sevens lights are NOT including the base height (glass or shades) of the light when determining the Total Overall Height of any given pendant or chandelier.  This gives you more freedom of choosing your exact dimension.  Please note that pendants made up of cloth cord or solid metal rods can not be returned.  Each light is cut and assembled per your drop request.  Most of our lights can have a sloped ceiling adapter added to them.  If this is something that you are needing, please contact us and we would be happy to help.  If you have questions, please contact our customer service department and we can help you determine the right size rod for your project. 

The fixture lengths that we provide are an OAH (overall height) and this includes any glass shade and/or decorative accessory.  This OAH does not include light bulbs (which are only included in specialty fixtures). 

Please note that pendants are non-returnable.

The best way to determine the proper height for your fixture is to measure from the ceiling to where you would like your fixture to hang.  

Dining Room Lighting:  The generally accepted rule for hanging dining room chandeliers or pendants is that the bottom of the fixture should hang between 30 and 36 inches above the top of the dining table. This range assumes you have an 8-foot ceiling.  The recommended standard is to raise the chandelier 3 inches for each additional foot of ceiling height.

We do offer a tab to choose if you would like your fixture to have a sloped ceiling adapter.  This is something that is an extra cost to add-on to your light(s).  

 


Production

At Triple Seven, every light is made per order.  

All emails and phones calls can still be directed Monday thu Friday from 8a.m. to 5 p.m. Est time.  

Currently our lead time is 8-12 weeks dependent on the fixture. Please email for a more accurate lead.

Holidays will impact lead times. We close for 2 weeks in the summer and 2 weeks for Christmas/New Years.

We appreciate your patience and kindness throughout this unfortunate time.  

All of Triple Sevens' hardwired fixtures (with the exception of the Cloth Twist Cord) are UL/cUL rated for dry only and/OR damp locations in the USA and Canada.  This means you can install them in kitchens, bathrooms, or any damp locations IF the product listing states that it is dry/damp. Please read each listing for its appropriate rating.

You can not install these fixtures outdoors - we do not have any fixtures that are covered for UL Wet Rating for outdoor use. 

International lighting - Our hardwire sconces are UL Listed for the US and Canada only but can be used in other countries with 240V. If the light states 120V (candelabra socket), we can not make this to support 240V. These candelabra socket lights are designed to use this E12 socket and cannot be fabricated otherwise. We ask that you look at all details of each lighting in full.

You have the option to add-on specific things to your lighting.  Each product will have the options that are available for that specific light.  Please note that fit these options are not present on the products page itself, they are not available for that specific light. 

We do offer a wide range of different upgrades:

 

Add-on switches, cords + wall plugs

 

Hardwired Backplate switches can be added in either brass or nickel.  Please note that the placement of these hardwired switches will be placed in the middle, below the horizontal mounting holes.  

Please note that you can not add a hardwired plate switch to light with a cord and wall plug. 

 

Cords + Wall Plugs

 

You have the option to add on a twisted cloth cord (black or tan), rocker on/off switch and wall plug to most of Triple Seven lights.  

Please note that the rocker on/off switches will come in black (if choosing black cord) and white (if choosing tan cord).  These rocker switches are placed 36” down on cord from lighting. Some cloth cords can be customized for an additional upgrade.  Please contact us for further information.


Shipping

Please note that Triple Seven implements a two person check-off system.  Meaning, each shipment that is boxed in our studio, is boxed by one of our shipping team members and checked off by both shipping manager and office manager.  You will find that you have a checklist label on the inside of your box as well as items in your package.  With having some items being shipped to warehouses and new construction, we are finding that this is necessary to implement due to lost items on job sites. 

Any claims of missing hardware or bulbs must be reported within 10 days along with a photo of your checklist.  

We ship UPS ground, Tuesday-Friday (express every weekday). Your package will be boxed in a certified 200 lb test box with using 100% recycled heavy-duty kraft paper.

If you have a different delivery address than that listed on your checkout, please notify us IMMEDIATELY after placing your order. If not, the shipment will go to the address you provided at checkout.

Please make sure all shipping addresses and numbers are correct to ensure proper and timely delivery.

Please note that your shipping transit time does not mean the lead time will shorten. If you choose an express method, that means it will be shipped that way once your product is completed with the given lead time.

Triple Seven Home we will not be held liable if an order is returned or delivered incorrectly due to an invalid or incorrect shipping address as input by the customer. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and re-delivery cost.

Please allow 1 -2 days for the tracking information to show via the web. Items that are marked as “delivered” will not be held liable by Triple Seven Home.

Orders over $500 will ship Signature Required Shipping- Please contact us info [!at] triplesevenhome.com to arrange signature required shipping. This will incur an additional charge per carrier.

Please note that we can offer expedited shipping only if this is arranged before your order is placed and extra charges apply.

Third-Party Shipping-

Third-party shipping must be pre-approved by Triple Seven. If approved, the Third-party freight will incur a 5% handling fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping labels, BOL (bill of lading forms), and any tidemark information prior to shipment. Triple Seven is not responsible for any damages, losses or delayed transit times that can occur after they have been retrieved by the third party pickup.

Triple Seven is pleased to offer international shipping: We use UPS or DHL international shipping.   We are not responsible for any delay in the transit times or the time it takes for it to pass through customs. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs Duties fees, import fees, and/or taxes once the shipment reaches the destination country. These additional charges are not included in the total of your order with Triple Seven and they are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Additionally, international orders run the risk of being withheld in customs. These possibilities are not the responsibility of Triple Seven Home and should be considered before placing an order. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. We do not know what these fees may be or when they may apply. Please check with your country's customs laws and fees for more information before placing an order.  If a package is held in customs and not claimed and is returned to Triple Seven - the shipping cost is non-refundable and you will have to pay for re-delivery of that item once we receive it back.

Please contact your local customs department for more information. 

Prior to accepting your package, please examine the condition of cartons before signing delivery receipts: Our products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before leaving our facility. Should you receive products in a damaged condition apparent or concealed, claims for damage must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. If damage has occurred in shipping all packaging must be retained by the receiver. Photos of each side of the box including shipping label are required. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim. Claims need to be made within 10 days of receiving the package. 

Please make sure that the driver is NOTIFIED with apparent damage to the box.


Installation/Care

Triple Seven recommends having a professional, licensed electrician installing your fixtures. 

In order to protect your finish from fingerprints, we recommend that your installer wear the gloves provided during installation.  Please see our care + maintenance tab for more info about taking care of your lighting.

 

Some of our collections have particular installation instructions, please make sure that you reference your installation sheet (comes with mounting hardware package) or the product page for a downloadable reference sheet.

Triple Seven Home, guarantees to the original purchaser that, at the time of delivery, our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.  Triple Seven Home, LLC., is not liable for any damages caused to fixtures related to mishandling or inexperience with the installation. Fixtures should always be installed by a licensed electrician. Follow instructions for proper bulb sizes and wattage.

Brass - 

The organic patina that occurs over time with our Brass is what we love most at Triple Seven.  Most customers enjoy this natural process, any signs of patina/age can be removed with any household metal polish that is suitable for brass. Apply cleaner as directed and then clean with a microfiber cloth. 

 

While we do apply a satin/matte coat of lacquer on our metals, there is some aging that still occurs.  The longevity of your modern brass will be deterred if lights are in direct sunlight and damp locations.   

 

Blackened Brass - 

Wipe with a clean microfiber cloth.  DO NOT USE metal cleaners or harsh abrasives to clean this metal.  This will damage the blackened finish.

 

Polished Nickel-

Wipe with a clean microfiber cloth.  DO NOT USE metal cleaners or harsh abrasives to clean this metal.  This will damage the nickel finish.

 

Powder-coated finishes- 

Wipe with a clean microfiber cloth.  You can use warm water, mild soap mix (90/10) and then dry with a clean, dry cloth.  DO NOT USE metal cleaners or harsh abrasives to clean this finish. This may damage the powder-coated finish.

 

Porcelain-

Dust with a clean microfiber cloth.  You can use warm water, mild soap mix (90/10) to spot clean and then dry with a clean, dry cloth.  DO NOT USE harsh abrasives to clean this finish. This may damage the porcelain.

 

Glazed Porcelain-

Wipe with a clean microfiber cloth.  You can use warm water, mild soap mix (90/10) and then dry with a clean, dry cloth.  DO NOT USE harsh abrasives to clean this finish. This may damage the powder-coated finish.

 

Glass- 

Removing the glass carefully from the fixture, use a clean microfiber cloth to dust off glass.  You can use a household glass cleaner to clean glass.

Lighting Warranty-

Triple Seven is proud to offer a 1-year warranty for all lighting.  Our 1-year warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the fixture itself.  The 1 year warranty does not extend to secondary charges such as contractor or electrician fees. The determination of whether to repair or replace a fixture will be made by Triple Seven at our discretion. Any approved repair work must be performed by Triple Seven at our studio. Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void this warranty entirely. Incorrect installation, mishandeling, improper bulb wattage use, bulb breakage or failure to follow our care instructions, will void this warranty entirely. Triple Seven is not liable or responsible for labor costs that may incur for the installation, removal or electrical field repair. This warranty does not cover damages from: cutting wires prior to installation,  accidental glass breaking, weathering/environment, misuse, or normal wear and tear, organic patina of any of our metals (this is not considered a defect).

Each piece of porcelain is meticulously handcrafted for each one of our lights. Exclusively made for Triple Seven, Stephan and Nathan, pour their hearts into their craft. 

We carry a variety of different finishes for porcelain but our most popular is our Raw White finish. 

A couple of things to know about the Raw White:

Each clay body is different and each piece may have small, faint specks on it.  This is the true nature of the clay.  Its earthy grit and rawness is what drove us to creating this collection.  Each piece takes on some organic nature.  Therefore, each piece of raw white is just that, Raw.  No pigmentations, glazes, or stains were added. 

There is some translucency throughout the raw white shades. This is common when you use a high wattage bulb or a bulb that is 3000K or over.

Slate:

Our slate finish is started with raw white clay and pigmented with a beautiful slate gray color. The color reminds us of true slate rock. A black, deep blue/gray finish.

Terra:

Our Terra is started with a raw white clay and pigmented with a taupe/muddy pink color.

Crackle Matte:

Crackle matte is a matte clay glaze that gives small fine crackling throughout. The fixture itself is not cracked and no light will shine through. The glaze is made to achieve these very fine lines. It's a favorite amongst all!

specialty glazes:

Currently we carry 3 speckled glazes: Olive, Blue Splatter, and patina. These glazes are applied organically and will have variation with each and every one. The special thing about these finishes is the placement of different glaze variations. If you are looking for perfect spots, these are not the finishes for you :)

Glow:

Porcelain as it pertains to lighting is meant to allow light to glow through it. Although we cast shades the same thickness/time and fire at the same temperature; with every batch variations with finish, texture and luminous qualities are to be expected. Our clay is mined in the U.S. and made to order in small (multiple ton) batches. This clay is a mixture of earthen material that varies from batch to batch from our commercial supplier. 

These large batches are then mixed in smaller batches by hand in our North Carolina studio. We use precise mixing recipes and industry standard equipment to mix and test each batch of clay. Our studio does not test the translucency of each individual item as we produce a large scale of items by hand and follow guidelines of thickness/consistency as outlined by the designs we create. All in all- clay of any type/firing temperature is made from natural materials that can show differentiation from batches/items.
