Triple Seven Home, LLC., locally sources materials and thrives on supporting other family/small owned and operated companies for our materials. Having a close relationship with our vendors allows us to keep our quality control top notch and continue to make sure that they are of the highest quality goods. Our lights can be found in many locations from Florida to France, residential homes to hotels and restaurants. Since our lighting is made by hand, there can be some slight variations from computer screens. While we try to capture the best images possible, there can be some slight color difference.
All Triple Seven Home surface mounted fixtures are UL Certified for both the USA and Canada. You can find more info here .
Triple Seven Home lighting is a custom, made to order company and therefore, we do not accept returns.
If your items is damaged upon arrival, please email us within 3 days of getting your order so that we can issue a RGA (return goods authorization) number.
Please carefully package all lighting properly and wrapped up for the transit back. Unfortunately, we will not accept packages that are returned without proper packing.

We do not accept returns on large quantity orders of 5 of more, items that have been installed, damaged, wires cut -or- modified , custom items, or any of our pendant cord lights.
Custom fixtures are not returnable. This includes custom sizing and or modifications on our normal products.
We handmade each item to order. Because of this, we have set return and cancellation policies in place. By purchasing from our shop, you are agreeing to these terms. To cancel any order, you must contact us via email within 24 hours after the order is placed. The 24 hours includes everyday of the week, including holidays.

If a fixture or piece of furniture you receive is damaged, it must be brought to our attention immediately so that we can notify postal and at that point sent back to us for repair.

We ship FedEx grounb or USPS, Mon-Fri. Your package will be boxed in a certified 200 lb test box with using 100% recycled heavy duty kraft paper. Triple Seven Home provides timely and environmentally responsible shipping.
- If you have a different address than that listed on your checkout - Please notify us IMMEDIATELY after placing your order. If not, the shipment will go to the address provided during checkout.

Please inspect your items upon receiving. Please notify Triple Seven immediately of any damage or discrepancies with your order within 15 days of its date of delivery. If the reporting of damaged items is not made within the 15 day time period, all claims will non-eligible for replacements or refund. All materials and shipping materials are to be kept in order to file a damage claim.
Please make sure all shipping addresses and numbers are correct to insure proper and timely delivery.
Triple Seven Home we will not be held liable if an order is returned or delivered incorrectly due to an invalid or incorrect shipping address as input by the customer. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and re-delivery cost. Please allow 1 -2 days for the tracking information to show via the web. Items that are marked as “delivered” will not held liable by Triple Seven Home. If an item is stolen from your place/home, please contact the shipping provider so that a stolen claim can be processed. Triple Seven can provide a Proof of Deliverery if needed.

- International Orders -
Triple Seven is pleased to offer international shipping: Please expect to wait up to 1-5 weeks, depending where you live, for shipping. Rare occasions 4-8 weeks. We are not responsible for any delay in the transit times or the time it takes for it to pass through customs.
Customs fees are unavoidable and can be as high as 20% of the order. Please do not ask to mark as a gift to avoid customs duties. Additionally, international orders run the risk of being withheld in customs. These possibilities are not the responsibility of Triple Seven Home, and should be considered before placing an order. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. We do not know what these fees may be or when they may apply. Please check with your country's customs laws and fees for more information before placing an order. If a package is held in customs and not claimed and is returned to Triple Seven - the shipping cost are non-refundable and you will have to pay for re-delivery of that item once we receive it back.
Triple Seven Home is proud to offer a 1-year warranty for all lighting. Our 1-year warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the fixture itself. The 1 year warranty does not extend to secondary charges such as contractor or electrician fees. The determination of whether to repair or replace a fixture will be made by Triple Seven Home at our discretion. Any approved repair work must be performed by Triple Seven Home at our studio or an authorized representative of Triple Seven Home on site. Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void this warranty entirely. Incorrect installation or failure to follow our care instructions will void this warranty entirely. This warranty -does not- cover damages from: cutting wires prior to installation, accidental glass breaking, weathering/environment, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Triple Seven Home, guarantees to the original purchaser that, at the time of delivery, our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Triple Seven Home, LLC., is not liable for any damages caused to fixtures related to mis-handling or inexperience with installation. Fixtures should always be installed by a licensed electrician. Follow instructions for proper bulb sizes and wattage.
All lights, with the exception of some chandeliers, are rated 110-240 volts. The threaded Medium bases we use in the States are E26. E for Edison Screw, 26 for the width in mm. In the UK/Europe – E27 is used, which is just about the same diameter and thread pitch, but is a bit taller (one more thread). Usually US bulbs will fit UK sockets and vice versa, but this is not always the case. We have had no issues with bulb/sockets, but it is up to the customer to inquire about installation and what will work best in your country. If you are purchasing a light from us, we will use North American plugs. You can have an electrician remove it once you receive it or buy an adapter at any hardware store to easily install a plug for your needs.
