All of our lights are made to order and as of Summer 2017, we are on a 3-4 week lead on most lights. Please email info@triplesevenhome.com -or- jenni@triplesevenhome.com to get current lead times on specific lighting.

Please make sure all shipping addresses and numbers are correct to insure proper and timely delivery.

We will not be held liable if an order is returned or delivered incorrectly due to an invalid or incorrect shipping address as input by the customer. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.Please allow 1 -2 days for the tracking information to show via the web.

We ship FedEx and/or USPS, Mon-Fri. Your package will be boxed in a certified 200 lb test box with biodegradable packing materials. Triple Seven Home provides timely and environmentally responsible shipping by using 100% recycled heavy duty kraft paper and 100% biodegradable corn starch peanuts. No need to throw our peanuts in the trash; they dissolve in water for easy disposal!

*Signature Required Shipping- Please contact us jenni [!at] triplesevenhome.com to arrange signature required shipping. This will incur an additional charge per carrier.

- International Orders -


Triple Seven is pleased to offer international shipping: Please expect to wait up to 1-3 weeks, depending where you live, for shipping. Rare occasions 4-6 weeks. We are not responsible for any delay in the transit times or the time it takes for it to pass through customs.
Customs fees are unavoidable and can be as high as 20% of the order. Additionally, international orders run the risk of being withheld in customs. These possibilities are not the responsibility of Triple Seven Home, and should be considered before placing an order. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. We do not know what these fees may be or when they may apply. Please check with your country's customs laws and fees for more information before placing an order.

 

 

Refunds and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns:

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

I don't accept exchanges on any chandeliers or pendant lighting. 

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

-Return Policy-
Triple Seven Home lighting is a custom, made to order company and therefore, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of items. 
Please email us within 7 days of getting your order so that we can issue a RGA (return goods authorization) number. 
We do not accept returns on large quantity orders of 5 of more, items that have been installed, damaged, wires cut -or- modified , custom items, or any of our pendant cord lights. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking numbers for returns are required to be sent to info [!at] triplesevenhome.com

Please carefully package all lighting properly and wrapped up for the transit back. Unfortunately, we will not accept packages that are returned without proper packing.

-Cancellation Policy-


We handmade each item to order. Because of this, we have set return and cancellation policies in place. By purchasing from our shop, you are agreeing to these terms. To cancel any order, you must contact us via email within 24 hours after the order is placed. The 24 hours includes everyday of the week, including holidays.

If a fixture or piece of furniture you receive is damaged, it must be brought to our attention immediately so that we can notify postal and at that point sent back to us for repair.
